Hi – thanks for stopping by! We’re Emma, Michael and Wren, the family behind Edinburgh to Everywhere. We created this blog to document our globe-trotting adventures and hopefully inspire other parents and families to travel with their young children.

Our goal is that Edinburgh to Everywhere gives parents and carers the confidence to travel to destinations that aren't typically seen as family-friendly. We share destination guides and itineraries, our top tips and tricks for toddler-friendly travel, practical information such as budgeting for a family holiday, and the many lessons we've learned along the way.

We believe travelling with children doesn't need to hold you back - and actually enhances your travel experiences in so many ways! Whether it's hiking a national park, snorkelling a Mexican cenote, whale watching or just exploring a new city, it's possible to travel in a toddler-friendly way that's exciting for everyone. However, we're not averse to a good play park or waterslide (even before we had a kid), so you'll find plenty of those recommendations here too.
